| OFFICE HOURS Office Opening Times Please note that a 24-Hour, out of hours on-call telephone service is in operation for EMERGENCIES ONLY. General enquiries should be made during normal office opening hours. The office opening hours of Care 2 U Ltd are as follows: 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday Telephone Number: 01922 929933 EMERGENCY OUT OF HOURS CONTACT Emergency contact services are as follows: 5.00pm - 9.00am Monday to Friday 24 Hours Saturday and Sunday, Public & Bank Holidays. Telephone Number: 01922 929933 USE OPTION 1 - TO LEAVE A NON URGENT MESSAGE (this will be dealt with during normal office hours). USE OPTION 2 - TO BE CONNECTED TO AN OPERATOR *FOR EMERGENCIES ONLY. (*A charge for the call may apply if your call was not of an urgent nature and could have been dealt with during normal office opening times - SEE GUIDLINES BELOW). Please contact the out of hours if: (The list below are reasons accepted as justified out of hours emergency contact) A Care Worker has not arrived within 30mins of the agreed service delivery time. (without your call we are unable to respond) If you need to cancel a visit before the office opens at 9am the following morning If you wish to confirm the identity of your allocated care worker prior to them entering you home. It is extremely important that our out of hours service is only be used when essential, for emergencies. Contacting our out of hour’s service for issues that are not an emergency could prevent genuine emergency calls being received. If you are unwell and require medical treatment please contact your GP or the Emergency Services. Please be aware that our premises have limited Disability Access.
